Finca San Clemente comfortably sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms., all bedrooms have ceiling fan/light fittings and are fitted with hot/cold air conditioning, for a comfortable night's sleep whatever the temperature

The Master bedroom has a king size bed built-in wardrobes, drawers etc and has an en-suite bathroom with shower over.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, built-in wardrobes etc

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, built-in wardrobes etc

Bedroom 4 has twin beds or bunks and can take a 3rd bed, it also has built-in wardrobes

The lounge/dining room has comfortable seating, TV, Satellite channels (British programmes) and DVD player.  The room also includes extending dining table and chairs. Hot/Cold air-conditioning is also fitted within this room.

A modern, fully fitted kitchen with electric oven/hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave is complemented by a full range of cutlery, crockery and utensils etc. The kitchen leads onto the rear terrace/utility area where you will find a washing machine and an additional fridge.

Finally the main bathroom is equipped with WC, shower cubicle and washbasin fitted into a mirrored vanity unit with shaver point. (continental size 2 pin socket)

NB   All floors are tiled so beware entering with wet feet etc.
